There ainít no free lunch has always been my philosophy So how come when planning our spring get away I went on the Woodall site fully expecting as usual to get near where I could get the information I wanted to be asked for a credit card number. I am now a Woodhall member and seem to get any campground info on the net that I want. FREE! Anyone else do this?

Interesting. That is a change from what it used to be. Obviously, they are looking to get permission to spam you with email and postal mail if you don't un-click the opt-in boxes on the application pages. Looks like they are out to up the ante for the other camping directory providers. Trailer Life, do you have a response? They don't have all campgrounds but do appear to have good coverage. Of course, they are heavy on the Woodalls member campgrounds.

Another tool has been added to my bag for locating campgrounds. I doubt it will be my first tool used. Passport America and Free Campground listing will still be the first places I look.

I do not know anything about Woodall's but I agree about the fact no lunch is free. It might be included at no extra charge, but that means it's included.
