Thinking of a Uhaul collectible?

We recently ordered two folding Uhaul bikes from the Uhaul store (https://store.uhaul.com/Clothing__co...ike_By_Citizen). We were sent one Uhaul bike and a different Citizen bike. Uhaul told us to work with Citizen, since it was their mistake. However, today, we received a new Uhaul bike and a shipping label to return the wrong one with a personal note apologizing for the mistake.

Can you believe that?

CindyL

PS: They have done this for everything we have ordered. When cups came broken, they took care of them too.

I gave credit to the wrong company though. It was Citizen who sent the new bike, not Uhaul, although Uhaul has always been great too.

The two bikes have different seats, although not a big deal. We will likely change to the seats we bought for our Boardwalk folding bikes.

As the economy continues to struggles, the one thing that will keep companies alive is GREAT customer service. We see that time and time again here on FiberglassRV when it comes to everything from appliances (motorized fans) to manufacturers of trailers.

Here's another collectible for Uhaul owners. There is another Uhaul toy camper & van on ebay, and you can buy it now for only $90! There won't be any bidding competition from me.
