Arnold does short term furloughs on park employees, but does NOT close parks

Because.. it appears they actually generate revenue.

I am actually surprised. I have seen a big drop in camping use around here, in parks that are open all winter, including this one.

I guess it is still viable.

Usually budget cuts hit the "frivolous" stuff first, but.. we are actually helping!

(Please do not get political in your responses folks! This is just an interesting factoid to note)

Golly gina, this calls for a "RANT". I just read this morning all the different groups that want increases and can't understand why not.
Nuff said.
