We really enjoy Thanksgiving here in NW Florida. This time of the year the weather is very enjoyable. The food and family is we give thanks for. Hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Holiday. H

Happy Thanksgiving from Loop A at Fort Pickens on Santa Rosa Island across the bay from Pensacola.

It was windy and very cool but sunny all day. The loop is not full, but it is definitely been busy. Lots of families spending their day together.

2 Casitas here along with our Scamp. We met Daryl and his lovely wife Donna. The other neighbors have been MIA.

I didn't intend for anyone to cry, truly. I come from a military family and spent a bunch of holidays as a kid without my Dad. Too, I remember why I'm free to celebrate Thanksgiving and that's where I focus my gratitude in my heart.
