Tow Windsheilds

We're getting ready to leave so I decided to Rainex the windshield of our CRV, first time in years.

I noticed that our windshield has virtually no pitting after 9 years and 200,000 miles. Glass must be getting stronger. We've been thru sandstorms many times on top of all the miles.

More than likely it is the pace you keep, you hardly catch up to most debris!
Automotive glass does get harder with age though.
Rain-X is a great product which can help protect the glass from minor wear scratches. It also fills minor scratches and polishes glass for better visibility.
Because of the shape of the car, Rain-X was a "must" on our Model"A".
