I noticed that both the U-haul Camper main website and forums are both dead links.

Anybody know if they're down for good, or just temporarily??

The site has been almost completely inactive the past couple of months, except for a post or two now and then.

As of 5:45 AM 2/9/07 both links are working. I don't know how active the site is, but the links bring it up.

Yep just worked for me. It's possible Ray was doing to upgrade to the Power Board software. When we do that here, Michael let's everyone know there's a possiblity the forums won't be available for a short period of time. He usually does it in the middle of the night (California time) so it's not as disruptive.

Ray hasn't posted there in a long, long time. That's why I thought the site died when it went down. The place is averaging like one post a week these days. Maybe things will pick up when the weather gets warmer, but for now, it's a ghost town over there.

Ray is using phpBB, not Invision Power Board, but I get the point... it could have been an upgrade in progress.

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.

Thanks for pointing out the differences Brian....Power Board is a generic term for forum software, unlike that hokey stuff they use for YahooScampers and the like.

Ray has suffered from ill health, that could also be a possibility. Whatever the reason, I hope the forum succeeds for U-Haul owners and Ray can continue to be a part of it.

EDIT: I started a new topic in General Chat. Dave
