UK Go-pods

Found this TT while surfing the net. I think it is pretty cool. Wish some manufacturer in the US would come up with something similar.
www.go-pods.co.uk check it out and see what some of you think about it.

Does look pretty cool. And is really loaded with features.

All trailers "appear bigger on the inside" to a wide angle lens.

Looks like a step up from a tear drop.
Which is nice.

8,000 pounds. What's that in dollars?

UK camping is entirely at campgrounds, so that's what the pod is designed for. The list price comes to $13,047 US. I assume that some of it is VAT and other taxes, but at that cost in North America, there's a lot of competition with more features. If they could bring the price down to $7k or $8k, they'd sell a whole bunch of them here to people with smaller cars.

Interesting. Looks like the quality is there. A bit too small for North American standards.

NEATO. Kinda looks like the Orca to me, except for the "lift."
