Unknown trailer

Does anyone have any idea who made a "Leocraft"? Someone is thinking of buying it and wanted to get some more info about it. I had never heard of it and thought that someone here maybe able to help.

We just talked about the Leocraft the end of August. Funny, didn't come up before, now twice in less than a month.

You would be surprised what a difference a simple power wash makes. The first post in the link below show before and after on mine.

Sweat equity! It's a wonderful thing. If not done, causes the seller to need to sell for less. If done by the the buyer, gives an immediate increase in value.

Think about all the trailers that have sold over the years. The ones that were filthy and smelled like a rat cage sold for less $$. Those that sparkled (turn key) and were ready for someone to immediately use, often sold for thousands more. Now this is a general statement, but you get the idea.

This is the big thing with flippers. Increase the value with sweat equity!

Yes Cyndi, that is a boat on top. I gather that part isn't for sale!

Roy in TO:

I see my husband is not the only one who uses that part of the ladder that says "this is not a step".

I don't know about that Cyndi, when I zoomed in on the pictures, both feet are firmly planted on the step. My legs are short, but not that short even if it looks like I'm standing on the top.
