They told me that if it's made in Canada, there's no duty.
However, you'll need a Certificate of Compliance with DOT, EPA, and several other agencies that specifies the
VIN or S/N of the unit on the manufacturer's letterhead that is signed by an officer of the manufacturer. ...at least that's what I understood.
