VR3 Wireless Back up camera.
I am posting here rather than in problem solving because I bought one of these useless things without reading about the problems others having.
I live in the boonies with no cell phone towers or have a heavy duty PU with a lot of metal in it or any other things that could possibly cause interference in this unit. The preceeding items were used as excues by the manufacturer when they replied to Dale.
The picture is OK other than vertical lines running up and down the screen. I didn't even have the truck running when I tested it so engine interference was not an issue.
The VR3 wireless back up camera is a worthless investment and a waste of your time.
It's back to Costco for a refund.

VR3 backup cam

I have that unit and it IS useless. I think because its price is so low it can't be a digital unit. That's what one needs for a clear image without flickering or lines. I hooked my unit up to an 18' RV. Probably would work better on a car's length. <_<

Many of the cheap cameras are using a wireless frequency too close to the BlueTooth frequency. Having that enabled on your phone or vehicle when within 30 ft of the camera can cause interference. Turn off all Blue Tooth devices and see if that works better.
