What has been your wait time for your camper?

Sold the scamp 13 in a few hours. Put down a deposit on a Scamp 19 which I will get in April.

We don't do "wait time" well. So instead, we paid top dollar for a lightly used trailer. Not missing a camping season made it worth it to us. The memories and trips made during that "wait" time were priceless.

Patience is a virtue that I do not have.

Now some trailers pretty much never come up used. So if you have your heart set on one of those, wait time isn't optional. If I ordered such a trailer and didn't have a current trailer, I'd probably buy a used more common model, counting on selling it for close to what I paid for it when my dream trailer was ready. Expensive scenario for sure.

I emailed scamp recently for price lists. I then asked for production times and was told they're booked up through beginning of April next year.

I'm April of 2019 but I choose that becasue I did not want to pick up in September to only have a month of camping and then put in storage. Since then I picked up a Play-Mor II so I am still deciding if I will get the new Scamp. Currently in the process of gutting and cleaning the Plan-Mor II

Escape currently has completion dates in November, December, and January available. We waited a year for ours in 2017, but they’ve expanded their production line and doubled their throughput.

We waited 9 months for our Snoozy. Ordered ours November 2016 and picked it up in September 2017. Thought the time would never arrive to pick it up. But in all reality the time flew by quickly.
