Wanted: No bathroom, yes bunk bed. Options?

I just want to make sure I'm not overlooking any options in my hunt. We're a family of 4 (little kids), don't want a bathroom. Want a '13. Looking at Scamp, Armadillo, and maybe the Happier Camper. Maybe. Any other contenders I'm missing?

Are you thinking new or used?
Either way, look on the "manufacturers" tab at the top of any FGRV page for a list of "most" of the very many kinds of eggs.

BEST

Many 13' bolers also have the front bunk. We had one and it was great fun for the kids. Just be aware that when the get older, you may need to upgrade to something bigger

Thanks for the tip, Jason. I didn't know that. I've been mostly looking at new though. I don't think I have the chops to keep up with a vintage rig. Maybe with all the info on here I could learn as I go.

We have a scamp, and camp with our 2 and 5 year olds. It's the 13' front bunk one, though currently we have the front bunk removed as the youngest sleeps with either us on our big bed (we adddd a bed extension into the walkway and sleep lengthwise) or on the front bed with her sister. When they age a bit we will add the clinch back/top bed back in. Long term, they can deal or out yo s tent.

Hi Mikmay -- That's good news! How was the schlepping of the cubes for you?

Love that. Ours are almost 8, and 4. I think they're in the bunk zone.

Our 13-year-old is still in the bunk zone. But on our last trip, she and her sister begged to be allowed to sleep in the back of the Pilot. After a suitable show of reluctance, of course I let them. My wife and I enjoyed the Scamp to ourselves!

I'm grateful she can still use it, though, as we're planning a road trip to Florida. We'll be doing quite a few "one-night stands" in which I won't want the hassle of converting the car for sleeping.

A little longer than 13' (15'8" I think) but the base Parkliner does not have a bath and has a bunk option that is very nice.
