Iv'e seen I think is a 4500 sitting in a yard in Mesa AZ and it has not moved in the three years since I saw it, I want to go knock on there door.

Too bad! It looks (from the outside anyway) to be in pretty good shape.
The owners are certainly missing out if they have not moved it in 3 years.
