Completely unexpected. I was out on an assignment, the client had it all set up, told me it was for sale. I told him I'd buy it right here, right now, how much? Deal done, I brought it home that evening to my rather surprised wife. We had our first week in it the last week of August up near Bancroft, Ontario, Canada.

Absolutely loved it.
