We Survived

Though it was not in our Scamp, we got through the Arctic Vortex in our 32' Montana home. Lost water one day but not due to the cold. Spicket was leaking in the box shorting out the heater. You can't drink the tap water here so since Greg has already taken his shower that morning I was left with flushing the toilet with bottled water and watching the frost grow on the seams of the camper. We are now going into a "heat wave". It gets up to 30 degrees here and everyone takes off layers.

I had the sewer line freeze 35 ft poop sickle I got it thawed out, drained toilet rinsed and antifreeze in toilet and shower drain. Then we got the cold snap days. Re hooked water when got home from work 11:30 pm. fixed gray drain hose leak. found second hole in hose. I'll fix it after work today. . I moved to the south out of that cold. 6° F so I thought.
year 3 in Scamp.
