Anyone out there collect business cards as a hobby?

Take less storage space than FGRVs, but NOT good for camping in. Other than that, those folks seem a lot like us, in a it's- cool-to-be-a-nerd kinda way.

Sorry, going to my room now.

Char

PS Everyone is missing the Boler! Kid mentioned it two weeks ago, hubby last week, and the camping cat has suddenly started indoor hunting, mainly involving wrestling with paper towel rolls when left home alone (you should see the shredded results, I mean she wins EVERY time) as well as knocking over the kitchen garbage. These dang northern winters! Yes, we'd rather be out and about chasing squirrels and butterflies and cooking over a fire, not surfing the net for the latest from the Museum of Business Card Collectors. And another thing, this late at night, my local TV station plays HOUR LONG info-mercials! Your favourite 8-tracks, over 150 Artists! The Best 70s Collection Ever! Okay, I'm done, thanks. Sorry.

I encounter so few imaginative business cards that I throw them away whenever I get them.

(When the person who gave the card to me isn't around...don't want to be rude.)

I mentioned this in the old board, but I went ahead and made up cards for Castle Pretentious. Print them on those pre-scored sheets you get at the office supply store. Hand them out when I meet other 'glassers camping. Sort of a QSL card for camping.

I've gotten one or two in exchange. Keep them in the trailer.

Not exactly a business card, but I suppose I could "give them the business".
