Boy, Laura, UHaul and Burro sound like the trailers for you with the tall ceilings and the smooth walls.

I seem to remember that my Compact Jr had considerable head room with the roof raised, but I never measured it while I owned it. I am only 5'6" tall, and I could stand (slightly stooped) in it with the roof DOWN.
I measured but can't remember; I'll redo that as soon as I pull the trailer out of the garage to check the level. The Compact/Hunter/Campster trailers also have very large beds, but only one bed. It's king-sized (or close to it) so Mom and Dad could sleep with a child in the bed (or if you reinforced it the bed boards, you could put a child in a sleeping bag between the seats, under the king bed). (A non-claustrophobic child.)

Little Bigfoot at 13.5 feet can accomodate a 6-footer in the center aisle. Not, unfortunately, a 6 foot 1 and a half incher.

This one camped near us this past week. Called an ALINER. Also not Fg egg but almost 7ft high in the centre. Closes down like a crank-up and can be set up in 30 seconds. More amenities than our boler.

My Compact Jr. has an interior height of 73" with the roof up. However, the bed is only 72" long and the door is only 54" high.

I have talked to several ALiner owners who have had problems with leakage and storm damage.

As for headroom for a 6 footer, I am currently re-enjoying the Don Marquis classic, Archie & Mehitabel, in which Archie - a literate cockroach - often describes himself as "over six feet."
