Carl, I like all the touches you've added to make it personal for you and your family. It really warms the Snoozy up and gives it personality. Don't ya just love the thrill of the hunt?
Bonita, great job on the curtains. They look really beautiful and I'm sure you'll enjoy the "black out" function. Thanks for sharing. Oh...and where did you purchase those brackets for the rod? I like the look.

It's not coming out the way I had in my mind, but I think it's
actually coming out better with the compromises I've had to
make. I think (hopefully) the coffee curtains make a better
bed curtain than window curtain. I know it's a lot thicker material.

I've looked on Ikea for those rod brackets, but without luck.
I probably don't know how to look for them. A link would be
nice if you had one Bonita. I'll keep looking.

I've also already accumulated a large container of other materials......LOL

I know what you mean Carl. I have one of those containers too. Either I've found something better or I've bought things that I later realized I didn't actially need. One of these days I'll go to a rally and bring the box along to see if anyone wants them.

We went shopping in Tulsa, OK yesterday.
I found some items I've been wanting.
There is a Army Surplus on Memorial near 51st that I found them.
And they give Disabled Vets a 20% discount.

My United States Navy decal. I put it on the privy hatch.

I also found a United States Navy Flag.
Don't know what I will do with it, but now I have it.

Also a Don't Tread On Me decal. Still pondering where to put it.
And I found a Viet Nam ribbon I thought was a decal but I think
it's just a paper ribbon. I wanted it for my bumper.
Will have to go inside. Either in the Snoozy
or my office.

This is more of a mod, but I had this rack left over from a set I
bought some time ago. Denny's made some racks for his Snoozy
bathroom and I realized I could steal his idea for this extra rack I had.

I checked the Ikea website and wonder if the curtain rod brackets are not a discontinued item . . . there is no sign of them, although they have the rods. Here is the link to the rods (I bought two of the shorter ones for over console and over kitchen area, and a longer one for over the sofa.) RÄCKA Curtain rod - silver color, 28-47 " - IKEA. Of course the rods won't do you any good without the brackets. The ones I bought at my Ikea store were item # 802.693.20 Racka curtain rod holder.

I think you're right. Looks like it's a discontinued item.

Closest I've found so far is Aria Inside Mount~Pair - FM401 but pricy.

On the Ikea page where I linked the corner rods, they are recommending these for brackets: BETYDLIG Wall/ceiling bracket - silver color - IKEA. Don't know if those will work for you.

I was out shopping yesterday and saw several coffee-themed items and thought of you, Carl. It's a good theme, there are so many items related to it.

Glad the curtain mod is working out with the valance.

now that I have all I can use and don't need any more..........LOL.

What I could do with an actual coffee house............lol.

This is the path I have to back my trailer to get it in it's cover.
That's after I have to turn it around from where I took this pic.
A bit of a zig-zag missing the bush, and then missing the light
pole and then zigging into the shed without hitting the pole with
the pickup. Been lucky so far......LOL

This is my latest find for "stuff."
A "coffee" plague and some military decals.

Love my coffee, too. I've had these pillows for quite a few years

Thanks Pam,
That's definitely something I haven't thought of.
My daughter and I have taken up embroidering and cross-stitching.

I hadn't thought of making my own pillows. Especially custom made.

And I love that chair.
If it's what I think it is, I used to have one decades ago.
