Pictures would be great. Now that I've looked at the registry picture
I'm having trouble imagining it as well..............LOL
The window can be placed anywhere in the shell.
Seems the sink would have to move as well.

Attaching some pics of our Paddy...found a great solution to a canopy. Did not want to put holes in fiberglass, instead put canopy over top...it works!

Canopy
Like your canopy-where did you find it.
We havent found one tall enough to clear the height of our door-the huge ones might but we dont need a huge one.
Looks like a comfy set up.

Hi, Carl. I wouldn't recommend pins, as they'll eventually rust. There are products that will fuse two fabrics together with the heat from an iron (although you need to be sure the fabric can also stand the high temperature).
Have a look at No Sew Sewing, for more info... and good luck with it - I can see you're having fun!

We bought it online from Walmart, they delivered it in three days to our door. Greg added the extra height we needed by adding PVC pipes to the poles.

Made it back to Fayetteville, Ark.
Had made plans to stay home and recoup a bit today.
But after church, the wife decided she wanted to get out of the house.
I told her if I were to get out it would be to go get those valances.
Well, I took the long way there (even if I thought it was the short way)
and stopped for some great Mexican Cuisine half way there. I'm stuffed.
I found only two of the matching valances left. Hard to believe so many
have been sold......lol. Anyway, two is all I need and I got what was left.
Maybe they will restock and maybe not, you know Walmart. But now, I
don't care, I've got mine...........LOL
I also found some heavy ornament hangers. And since it's such a seasonal
thing, I picked up more than I need for when I do finally do a little glamping
and want to hang my party lights I bought.

Jane, I love your colorful decor! Walmart doesn't have the trailer decor market entirely wrapped up. My Lil Snoozy is outfitted almost entirely from Ikea. They tend to cater to the small-home concept with a lot of compact storage and organizing products and brightly colored textiles - very inexpensive, too. Will try to post some pics here. I stole Carl's brilliant curtain rod ideas, on mounting to the woodwork, I mean.

[quote]I frequent thrift stores where I have found some unique items including an Elvis pillow, Native American Dream Catcher, baby crib bumper (see photo. I lined my bed with one.) picnic basket, etc. I rarely spend more than $3 per item at thrift stores.[unquote]
Gilda, that baby crib bumper is a great idea.
The Snoozy's can use something like that in the nose.
I'd rather have something like that customized than pillows.
There's plenty of room on all three sides of the mattress.

Thanks Bonita...searching for fun fabrics and treasures is another plus to owning a camper. Carl, like your new hangers and love the tablecloth they are laying on...now, where did you find that?? My camper colors!

Carl, you can use a fusible web tape for attaching your valances to your curtains. It comes in light, medium and heavyweights. Just make sure that you follow the directions and the washing/drying recommendations as well. Alternatively, only sewing it will give you lasting durability. You might want to contact a local home ec class in a high school or even a quilter's club who could do this for you in just a few minutes.

The hangers I found at Walmart in the garden center taken over by the
christmas barrage.
My wife bought the table spread so it's either from Walmart, Kmart, or
Target. And it could have been from Kohl's. She goes there once in a great
while. I wasn't with her when she picked these up. She put this one on
the kitchen table in the house.

Thanks Rosemary. I may end up seeking out some help.
But I may try safety pins first to get the lengths the way I want and then
drag out the wife's machine if I can find it. I used to be the sewing machine
mechanic when La-Z-Boy came to this area. I may be able to do some simple
stitching and if not, I can rip it out and seek seasoned help.......LOL

Wife told me to get the valances off the kitchen table......lol
I took them out and hung them up. I've got my lengths pretty
much figured out. I'm taken the advice, I took all of them down
and brought them back in. They're in the washing machine now.
So maybe in the next day or so I'll have them pinned, glued, or
sewn and back up.

I like the valance! I took the 'bedroom' curtains down for better AC circulation this summer and haven't put them back. Now I've put curtains everywhere (over the couch, over the console, and in the kitchen), just a boring ivory color, with the (Ikea) brackets screwed into the wood except for the bedroom windows where I got some smaller brackets from Walmart and screwed them into the FG. They weren't up yet when these pics were taken. Oops, just realized I don't have the option to post pics from a folder. How do I do that?

When you reply hit the "Go Advanced" button.
Then hit the "paper clip" and a board will come up.
There you can find photos on your computer. I seem
to only be able to do two at a time. Then hit upload.
After it finishes uploading I hit the paperclip again.
The window disappears and I hit the paperclip again.
Then you click on your photo number or on "insert all"
You can then hit preview and add posts before you hit post.

We took ours down for the same reason.
We also run a fan on the countertop to blow A/C into the bed area.
I'm thinking I will also have to figure a way to attach to the fiberglass.
I've bought some special type hangers but now I forget where I put them.

It is scary to screw into the FG. Nicholas assured me it was fine, but like I posted over on the Lil Snoozy owners' site, my shell, like yours, seems pretty thin. I'm pretty sure it's not a full 3/8" in some spots and the builders went through with their screws in one or two spots. I was reading that Smoak told someone to remove screws, dip in Liquid Nails, and rescrew them, as well as to use Liquid Nails on the back of his cabinets which were pulling loose from the wall.
