As I recall, one of those models had stability problems due to weight distribution issues, which were "fixed" in a recall with a huge chunk of ballast fastened under the tongue. I would research that, and check for the ballast or equivalent fix.

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.

The Oliver may be another product for consideration. Are you familiar with them?

Ouzo you are looking at one of my dream trailers ;-)

If you havent already found it there is a Bigfoot Owners International Club which has its own forum where you should be able to find answers to most of your questions.

It was the front bed model that had problems. I believe there was a recall, where BigFoot added a whole bunch of weight to the front for ballast.

BTW: Shawn, we're glad you're here There are lots of kind and helpful people here on the forums.

No matter what brand, I'd suggest downloading, printing and taking the Buyer's Check List from the Document Center with you whenever you go look at a trailer.

Bigfoot 21FB was to lite on the hitch for medium SUV type tow rigs. Factory added 500# weight under the hitch. The 21RB is balanced better. FB=front bed and RB=rear bed.
