Awesome! You have been busy.
I particularly like your faucet. I may have to do something similar.

Post a picture of yours!
Everything is PO's doing except what is hanging down from the upper cabinet and the little fans instead of the vent fan housing which I removed.

Mine looks totally original. I did paint the stove black, as it was rusty. I added LED lights to the range hood as well as a computer pancake fan, but it is all hidden in stock fixture.
I like the tall gooseneck faucet - would like to figure out how to install it in the original faucet hole.....hmmm.

Those are sold as "bar" faucets. I got one at Home Despot for my Casita, several years ago. YMMV, but the install was easy enough that I did it myownself. I was proud.
And it's VERY handy with such a small sink.

Here's a bunch of interior pics, lots showing kitchen areas: http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f...ors-25341.html

Yes! It's the only way I keep a civil tongue when working on plumbing.

Looking at these I wonder why they don't put in a one burner stove. How often do any of you use both burners at once? I never do and it would have been nice to have the extra counter space. I may convert mine to one.

We've only camped once in our new trailer, but I did use both burners each night at dinner and found myself wishing for a third that first night. I had three in my pop-up and often had all three going at once.

Mouse, that's awesome! I'm going to steal your pot-hanging hook idea, I think.
Bobbie, I frequently use both of my 2 burners at once - one to boil pasta water and the other to sauté some garlic in olive oil. But that's just me.

Hi: All...Here's ours with an extra view. I replaced the faucet with a hi arc. S/S backsplash was installed by Reace at Escape trailers.

I have been thinking the same thing but can't find anyone who makes a one burner mountable stove. There are lots of table top versions.
As we have a 3 burner stove, I once asked why anyone would want three burners. The response was very interesting. There are those that want simplicity and those that want home away from home. Raz

Do you travel with the utensils hanging? My guess would be "no".

Where are the pictures of your kitchens?
I know we would all love to see pictures!
All the pots, pans utensils and other loose kitchen stuff get put away for travel. Then set out again for easy use. I like things organized in such a small space.
I would love to see how you manage - post pictures!
BTW: I love the stainless steel surround! And a handy stove would be nice.

Brooke, how are the hooks mounted? As in are the screwed into the Fiberglass or was an adhesive used? I'd think the adhesive some folks have used to install an awning rail would work to avoid drilling holes.

I just ret'd from 6 weeks in Florida with my 15' Trillium. Although I had used it throughout last summer for short wkd outings, this time I had a chance to really get to know it.
For the previous 15 years I travelled with a 13' Trillium so there wasn't much difference but the extra space was nice now.
I have not really changed anything from the PO. Just a matter of organizing myself.
The kitchen area.....
