I have no interest in this trailer except curiosity as to make? It looks fiberglass to me.
Except for the interesting new paint job, looks just like my fiberglass Compact II. Windows, everything. Not that many trailers have been manufactured with the door in the back.

Just realized that the ad mentions popup as well which is a hallmark of the line but didn't realize they were still being manufactured in 1978.
In the past there has also been ads for a "Family Wagon" if I remember correctly. It has a nice wide open feeling. What I notice here is that the bed orientation and layout is like a compact jr but the shell is a compact II. Also note there is no supporting bulk head that helps to keep the roof from dishing, midpoint of the length. So I really wonder what would be put on the roof racks. It would be interesting to see the name plate of this and a manufacture date.

This really looks like the Hunter sibling known as the Family Wagon to me as well. If I remember right, all the striping on the outside was a feature of that sibling style. Kind of reminds me of the 'Mystery Machine' from the Scooby Doo cartoon! hehe
Still, a nice clean looking rig, will probably be a great buy for someone.
