When is it yours.

I over heard this conversation.
When you buy some thing on line and you receive it broken / dented but it still works. After you receive a replacement and are waiting for return instructions for the first ones. You send e-mail after email. How long do you have to wait till its yours. Your trying to do the right thing but the company you bought the stuff from is not helping.
What do you think.

I think it is not worth their time to get the item back. If they want it back, you will hear about it ! David in Fresno and Sonora

More then once I have had a replacement for an unsatisfactory product sent to me. The orignal part was never wanted back. Why would they put man hours into getting something that they can't sell.

Came in handy with the three Trillium spare tire covers that were too big. Tom Young sent me the correct size and never asked for the wrong size back. Now they sit on the tires of my Trillium 4500 to protect from sun damage while it sits in my drive way.

I once ordered a cheap chinese generator from Amazon. It was pretty big - almost 3000watts. They were prohibited from taking it back because it contained fuel/oil.

It was broken of course. They gave me a refund and told me to throw it out or give it to someone. I gave it to a neighbor that likes to tinker with engines. I think he got it running.

I took the money and went to my local dealer and bought a Honda.
