Lots of dimensions given in these topics already:

Bed Size - Size Does Matter. Latest post: Jan 18 2009, 07:09 AM

Bed sizes, What are the dimensions of the main bed in your egg?. Lastest post: Jan 24 2009, 08:58 AM

If you type +bed* +size in the advance search box, you'll find pages of topics. If you're interested in creating a spreadsheet of the information, that would be a good start. Brian_B-P and Mike Waters started one going here: Bed sizes, What are the dimensions of the main bed in your egg? On page one

Not as far as I know, I was pointing it out so someone could capture the information from there as well as this current topic we're on. With 40+ trailers, this one topic is liable to be pages and pages long. And, don't forget this posted by Charlie: Casita Bed Sizes. The problem with this current topic, it only has three Casitas listed and there are actually eight (or more) configurations. I own a Scamp Deluxe and it's not listed in this current group either, and the bed is bigger than the standard. I don't see the Burro widebody listed either. I'm betting it's got a bigger bed than the standard too.

When you copy and paste the list, you can just add your unit in.

I am fairly confident that the Fiberstream has the biggest bed if it is in the standard configuration, which I have not used before.
I seem to think it is an actual King size or even slightly larger?

Fred will know this one for sure.

I will say it is big enough that I use it as two single beds and they are each large enough for me.
There is also a full sized isle between them in this configuration where I can put a table too.

I have thought of making the bed from the wall in front out to a Queen size and it can really be made any width you would need as it is a huge open space.

The Fiberstream is truly unique among the Egg's and it feels roomier inside than any but the Scamp 19' to me.

Rather then copying and pasting this long list, if folks want to just list a few things about the bed sizes they know, I will put the information on a spreadsheet, send it to a moderator, and have them post it in the Document Cener.

Things to include
-width
-length
-permanent bed or dinette
-a second bed with size and whether or not it is a dinette.

What say you?

One thing we might want to include is whether the bed is "square" or not. For example the Boler/clone bed is probably close to 6" narrower at the very ends, where the trailer rounds; whereas something like a Trillium bed width is nearly the same at mid-point and at the ends.

If you're going to have a wide point, the middle is probably the place for it, of course, but this might still be good information to include.

Hi: All..."NOT interested in any 5th. wheel trailers". Well I feel snubbed!!! 60"X80" 8" thick memory foam mattress fits quite nicely in "Our Escape Hatch" thankyou very much. LoL

I actually hadn't notice the bit about no 5th wheel, that is just wrong.
I vote for their inclusion.
I have added it to the spreadsheet I am doing.

Fred will know this one for sure.
The 16' Fiber Stream and the 17' Casita Liberty Deluxe are very similar in floor plan and bed size.

My research has produced the following terms for bed sizes used in houses in the U.S:
  • [b]Description = Width x Length
  • COT = 24" x 72"
  • TWIN = 39" x 75"
  • THREE QUARTER = 48" × 75" (Obsolete)
  • FULL = 54" x 75"
  • QUEEN = 60" x 80"
  • KING = 76" x 80"
  • CALIFORNIA KING = 72" X 84"

By the above reference, the Fiber Stream and the Casita Liberty Deluxe have actual King size beds.

I speculate that since "Three Quarter" is an obsolete term, trailer manufacturers have assumed that anything larger than a "Twin" size, but smaller than a "Queen" size, can be called a "Full" size. Your mileage may vary.

[b]The originator of this post may have had valid reasons for excluding 5th Wheel type trailers from HIS inquiry;
such as a preference for a standard hitch, or a health concern about climbing up to a raised loft. Let's please respect that.

Notice the winking and smiling smilies. I was kinda just joshing around. I'm hoping that is an ok thing to do.
