Our 1996 5er has the window and rock guard. I like the light but we never take it off when the camper is out of the yard. I'm afraid people will walk by our campsite in the early morning and see my full moon.

Hi: All... The trouble with the "Black Glass" windows is that they reverse when the lights on inside. You can't see out but you can see IN!!!
Thank goodness for window shades...

The 19' Escape has threee bedroom windows. Depending on the campground set-up, the best view can be out of that picture window.

The person back there on the wall may appreciate the spacious feeling that the bedroom picture window gives even though the shades are drawn much of the time. A wall can seem very confining. If you are by the water though and have the shades open, may have to watch out for boats!
