I answer "Why Not?" When the economy tanked, I saw no true reason to rebuild, just to scale down again in a few years when I retired..so, I just started the journey then. Why wait?

Hasn't always been great, but I have had mostly good experiences and wonder "why" I didn't do it sooner.
