Yay! We are proud new Trillium owners!
We bought our first trailer today. I've been looking for one for almost two years, but their prices are very inflated here in BC. We were looking for a boler or trillium (or casita or burro), and today I got a 1973 Trillium 1300. It was priced really low so I ended up in a bit of a bidding war with another couple, but she sold it to me even though my bid was lower because she felt sorry for me - or at least understood why I wanted it so badly. The other couple took it very well, and now I can finally take my kids camping by myself without it being a big deal. My husband has to stay in town all summer, even weekends, so I've been desperate for a solution letting us get away easily.
So, without further ado, my beautiful new trailer

Thanks All! I've been lurking here for a while, but haven't come up with a question someone else hasn't already asked yet (yay for the search function!). I'm sure I will though
So thanks for all the help you didn't even know you've given already

Congratulations! You'll love it. Looks great.
I've got a trill too, of approximately the same vintage. Just got mine a couple of months ago.

Caitlin, yes, it's a beauty! Good for you.
We are hoping to have an Escape soon which is the twin to the Trillium. We won't have your neat jalousie windows though. Very nice. And the wheels, too.
Looks to be in excellent shape. I am sure you are thrilled to get that one!

Very nice little Trill. You are going to have so-o much fun with this. And, taking your time, you'll learn so much as well. Don't let towing, hitching or any other thing about using it intimidate you. Just take your time....it's not hard....you'll do fine.
And keep sharing pictures with us!

Thanks guys! Yes, it's in great shape. The usual stuff of course needs help - the interior seams, one of the fiberglass "louvres" on the front window needs repair, etc. etc. but the basics are great. I'm really happy with it. I'm comfortable with most of the hitching and towing stuff, but I have to say backing it into my yard from a narrow city alley is NOT an easy thing HA! We'll get there. Anyways, perhaps I'll see some of you out and about in BC
