Sorry Randy, no bathroom.

I did forget to mention it also has the optional 22 gallon grey tank.

Don't how common bathrooms on the 13ft are. If that is a concern you might want to look at the Scamp 16ft as they do have a bathroom.

If you order - deliveries now are end of December 2016 / early 2017.
In addition if you want it delivered to the west coast it's now $2,000. When I ordered it in 2005 delivery was $1,000 !!!

Looking at the trailer's home base ( our garage ) No UV rays beating the fiberglass. Our Escape on order we will need us to purchase a good quality cover. Undercoating double sprayed to protect from water and salt. View of a 2x3 steel framing tube sealed.

Two more views of the undercoating.
When the counter extension went up, the front seating had to be removed. It's available, never used, and ready to trim to size so that it fits under the counter IF needed.

One adults sleeps there.

Aside from Scamp over head cabinets on each end there are two shelves over rear window, curb side has small towel drying rack. Scamp optional folding screen shown.

New Shurflo on demand faucet powered by Shurflo pump with direct connection to city water, controlled with check valve. Drinking water faucet is electrically controlled with push button. 2-1/2 gallon container below galley supplies store bought water. Optional 22 gallon grey water holding tank holds a lot of sink water.

Purposely ordered ice box as a place holder for future electric refrigerator - note no holes in side walls with electric. Choosing 3 way propane will need cut outs.

Does this fit into the standard 7' garage with regular tires on? The new ones say 7'6" so surprised removing roof hatch does that much. I'm considering being in the market and that would be a plus if it would still work.

Hello Bobbie, I understand your concern with the Scamp's 7'-6" published exterior height. Deleting the hatch will not help. Reason is that right around 07-08 the factory had a fire. Can find the exact date as I have photos of the event. Molds were destroyed, When Scamp rebuilt the 13 mold, they decided to make it taller. This is why only pre-fire 13 ft Scamps can go through standard 7 ft garage door with regular tires completely full of air with a little room to spare. I tried it in another person's house and same thing it goes right through.

This was one of my big requirements when I was went small trailer shopping years ago. Scamp was willing to omit the hatch, Casita would not. Its funny as no amount of begging Casita helped. Casita said over and over "our people are trained to cut the roof hole and they can not skip that step".

I love keeping my trailer at home and better yet in the garage where it's protected from theft and UV damage to the tires, window rubber seals and more importantly the fiberglass shell. it also helps with the neighbors and association people.

Unfortunately the Escape we ordered now that we re retiring in a few months can not fit even with a bare roof. We will have to pay for outside storage and if not indoors buy a good quality cover $$$.

My door opens 7'-0" with the trim in place 6'-11-3/4". It goes in and out easily.

Should you decide to order new, they told me they are backed up to late December early 2017 deliveries. Here on the west coast home delivery is $2,000.

I'm confused as to your counter extension. Do you have a picture of the front as it is now posted or an older picture?

Hi Bobbie, post #10 above shows the extension as it exists. It is a top attached to an aluminum frame with stainless screws. The frame does not attach to the fiberglass hull in any way.

The extension can be removed anytime as to allow the front bench seat back to return to its original place. Because the extension is so useful, IMHO, I would lower the bench back in the area just under the extension if one wants both, the extension and original seat back. That will still permit sleeping for one or storage of boxy items under the extension. Or as I mentioned, remove the extension altogether.

Please feel free to ask for further clarification.
