If you have looked at Casita's before, then you have seen the shower,
propane hot water heater, the
fridge runs on AC/DC and
propane, two burner range, propane heater as well as electric heater and AC, the two seating areas make into beds so it can sleep three. It had only one owner, nonsmoker, no children, or pets, the toilet has never been used, everything works and is very clean, so it is like new.
I would love to find her a new home.
