Trillium 4500, front couch model. $3800
We, a family of three, purchased this in Nov. 2009 and lived in it while building our house. In other words it has probably seen more use in the last year than its whole previous life. We have only towed it once. Couldn't connect the plug to our truck, so we don't know if the
lights work.
Condition is fair to good.
New
propane system and surge
brakes installed right before we purchased it.
Shell has no cracks that I know of. The roof vent
leaks lightly from one corner screw. There might be another leak near the port side rear
lights.
We removed and re-bedded and re-fastened the 3 rear
windows. Also plugged and caulked various leaking holes from TV cables and other unnecessary wiring projects.
Fridge works on 110v. Gas and 12V we never tested.
Heater works.
Inverter box works.
Stove works.
Tires are good.
Battery is close to dead.
All window cranks function fine.
All screens in good condition.
Sink pump
leaks onto counter when used.
Water tank has no
leaks.
Door seal missing in lower section.
Cabinet doors have peeling surface laminate in places, and some hang crooked and latch only with effort. One has come off completely.
A few shelves are crooked. Some
light covers have cracks. Interior plastic trim pieces are loose in places.
The carpet is dirty and worn.
The cushions in the aft arrangement have simple cotton covers over the original upholstery. The forward bunk has only cotton covers. All of them have spots and marks from extended use. Cotton curtains on all
windows. Some of the curtain rods are barely hanging on.
Sorry, haven't gotten all our stuff out yet, nor cleaned. On the pics are only one
propane tank. Two are included.
