That's a sweet remodel, Tim!

Am I understanding correctly… the trailer is set up for longways sleeping in the twin beds, and one side is 6'2" and the other is 6'4"? Can it be set up as a single large bed?

Is that 1340 pounds the total weight or axle weight?

If I were in the market and only needed to sleep two…

I unhooked trailer at scales. Total Wt. it is set up for twin beds. I guess a person could get a piece of plywood and make a little shorter bed in the middle. Thanks for the compiment

Smile a/c for Hunter

We are the new owner's of Tim's 1974 Hunter Compact II. We got it into our 80.5" tall garage! Tim did a great reno job and he described it perfectly.
All we need is an a/c. After considering the possibilities we decided on a portable a/c. I am reclutant to cut a new hole in the side, so we are going to experiment with the single exhaust Haier 8,000 BTU brand without the heater. Since we don't have a stove but there is an exhaust vent, we can put the a/c next to the sink and run the exhaust out of the existing vent. I'll let you know how it works. I don't like loosing the counter so if it works we can step up to the Comfort Cool.
