Bought this from my brother two years ago, planned a complete redo, but have another larger project in the works.
It's been stored inside for over ten years, solid frame, good glass, no leaks.
Gelcoat is faded, original cushions,needs new water tank, pressure water works. Furnace worked last time it was used several years ago. Fridge was replaced with a sears unit, stove is original and works.

Does this have workable tires? If it has been closed up for so long, does it have a smell? I don't mind doing work and making repairs... what all would have to be done to make it operational? Thanks. Becky

Tires are good, only a couple years old, bearings were done just before I got her.
Has no smell!
