Total body had old caulking removed and replaced with butyl tape
Windows removed, powder coated and painted with silver metallic paint

I have a nearly identical add-a-room. Mine has a floor. It's great additional space.

Hi,
If you seen my post under "Referrals" I tracked to the new owners here in Warren, MI. This was my baby for 10 years and as all of you may remember I was known as the "Trillium King". I sold her to some people in Ann Arbor,, MI three years ago and gave them some pointers on selling this "RARE" beauty! I owned as many as 4 trillium's at one time, I miss them , but I moved to a 23' FunFinder and love it!
