SOLD: 1980 17ft Bigfoot

This highly modified Bigfoot (which was once a coffee truck) has one full time bed 80x48 (which has a foam mattress) one L shaped bench or bed (no mattress) 75x45 (bed dimensions) or leave it as a bench full time and put the awesome wood stove back in (easy install with chimney and vents still in place) - HUNTERS DREAM!!

The trailer has a double sink and running cold water, (there is a hot water storage tank but the heater gave out and we didn't bother replacing) a toilet, and a furnace that works great! There is a new converter, a breaker box and also a fuse panel and propane detector.

There's lots of storage under the main bed, under the sink and in the closet.

Outside - has an awning, stabilizing jacks, newer trailer tires (2015), spare tire and equipment deck off the rear. The axel is flipped for better clearance. Propane and batteries mounted on the frame in front of the trailer. Bearings and brakes done last summer. Has electric brakes which work well. The roof has some sag but fiberglass is not compromised no leaks and doesn't affect use.

Newer curtains and paint and many window and roof seals redone in 2015. This trailer is dry and comfortable and has no funky smells.

Use as is or customize to your liking (I thought I'd make a table for the bench seat and plumb an outdoor shower... . Add a bar fridge?

Only upgrading as the family has grown and we found a 21.

4800.00 obo

Price reduced

Reduced to 4200 obo

There's been a lot of work to the trailer in the past couple years (converter tires roof vents hitch post window seals electrical work bearings a brakes .....)

It's a perfect starting point for a custom restoration or works perfectly as is. I was going to throw a bar fridge in it this summer if we were going to cram inside. (Now that we have kids we seem to be hitting provincial parks more than other more remote (no electricity) spots)
