We must sell our 1980 Trillium 4500 in very good condition. Front 2-person dinette converts to a single bed, and rear 4-person dinette converts to a 53 inch wide double bed. We are the 3rd owner. Shell and frame in good condition with no leaks in windows or roof. Very light weight, actually weighed at 820 Kg when loaded for camping, plus 70 Kg tongue weight. Many updates and upgrades. 3 solar panels totalling 150 watts keep the battery (new battery Sept 2015) charged. New (May 2018) 20 amp solar charge controller. New Nova Kool R3000 fridge installed June 2014. Fridge wired to run from the trailer battery, electrical hookup, or vehicle battery while travelling. TV and DVD player. Extra closet and shelf space installed. LED exterior running and brake lights. LED interior lights run from either trailer battery or electrical converter. New rear cushions in 2013, rarely used because we used a permanent mattress and kept the front dinette up all the time. Exterior baggage compartment access hatches so you can get to the stuff stored under the bed from the outside, with non-standard keys so everyone else can’t. Battery voltage monitor display inside the trailer. Original Duo-Therm propane furnace runs from millivolt thermostat and uses no trailer power at all. Pop-up shower and sink drain into grey water tank which can be hooked up to campground sewer systems. Original Brown 2 burner propane stove. New 2-inch hitch in 2016. New 14 inch tires in 2016 with less than 10000 Km wear. “Double Doodie” style interior toilet great for night-time visits. Included window electric air conditioner installs in front window in minutes. New propane regulator in 2012. Carefree Shademaker awning. Propane detector. Rear stabilizer legs. $9000 obo.
