Unfortunately I have to list my 16 foot
Scamp I put a lot of work into this unit but never have been camping in it. I purchased this In hopes of using it but at this point I have different priorities So it has to go...
It has many new parts, New
axle, New
brakes, New
tires, New spare tire. New water lines, New Water tank (Mounted external to the front as pictured), New deep cycle
battery, and
battery box, I have the receipts.
Some of the
electrical has been replaced, All new
LED lights interior and exterior .( few need to be mounted ) New toilet never used the water feed is done just need to finalize the waste water for the toilet and shower drains. Semi new 2.5 gallon Water heater 110VAC... This unit Still needs a little bit of work, But very functional., kind of bumming I wont be using it...
The
refrigerator,
furnace & AC all work fine The inverter also has not issues. I've also replaced the gas line. I've replaced the rotted floor below the old water tank that was under the dinette seat, and trashed that tank, also resealed the wood in the same area and added some foam insulation. Relined the closet and also installed a 12VDC power monitor that shows,
battery voltage, power consumption meter over the closet door, Stripped of all decals and sanded the exterior, no cracks in very good shape. Rebuilt the 3 burner stove and re painted, Also tricked out the interior
lights with LED's under the toe space area and LED's in the Shower. there is a blue tooth app for that to change the LED colors, very nice
lighting. Frame is in great shape!
So here is what it needs:
New AC cover
New Range hood Fan (optional)
Minor
electrical / interior
lights
A solid mount for the LP tank to be mounted over the new battery box.
Exterior
Paint job is optional
New window treatments
Water Heater installed (I could do that and finish the piping)
Toilet and Shower Waste lines need to be done, may require a toilet mincer pump about $100..

If you need more detailed pics let me know.
I am asking $6,800 for this SCAMPER, rather firm on the price as it does not need much and is in great shape and will provide years of Service to the new owners. I hope to own another some day and actually get a chance to use it...just bad timing right now camping is not in the top 10 must do's at this point in my life.. email me with any questions.
Thanks
Mark
