LA | 1984 CT newly refurbished for sale $5750

I just got done with this last weekend.
Caveat - I don't think they're ever really done -lol

Hopefully, it will answer any questions that I don;t answer in the next few sentences.
I have the stove, exhaust fan and sink I took out (they can go right back in).
I have the AC that came with it (don't know how good it is).
It has a new Thetford toilet. New solar panel (40 or 50 watt, honestly can't remember) and charge controller and 100AH battery
It has new led lights all around. A new Fantastic Fan. New water pump and accumulator. I extended the tongue to add a cargo carrier. 95% new wires. The tires are excellent (one side doesn't have the hub cap on it but I do have it).
It did not have the table but it does have the bracket (it's a full time bed).
The bunk bed piano hinge is gone and I closed up the holes in the fiberglass.
Only one cushion is original (one of the bunks). It has a new 3 or 4" inch foam mattress that's very comfortable to me. No heater. I think that's it.
It's (now) in very good condition and ready for personalization. I started personlizing it with VW looking curtains.
The only reason I would like to sell it is because a friend has a 16' Casita he'll give me a deal on.
I have never even used the CT.
I will pull it 2 -300 miles to help.

Wow, what a nice job you've done here. I'm in deep East Texas between the lakes and would love to come see this in person. I've been shopping for an egg and this is definitely the nicest trailer I've yet seen that I can afford, plus it's not a thousand miles away - bonus!

One question, and I am sorry if I've overlooked your answer somewhere, but is there a fridge, or a space for one? And also, could you guesstimate the weight?

No shower . You need to look at 16 - 17' campers for that.

I couldn't figure out how to edit the title so I'll say it here. The CT is no longer for sale. I haven't sold it, I have had a change of heart. I'll use it a bit, then maybe put it back up for sale.

Do you know the weight of this trailer? Also you say you have the original burner but it looks like there is no space for it with the new countertop you put it. Is this correct?
