Sleeps 2 in the dinette area which turns into a bed, sleeps 1 in the side dinette which also becomes a bed and the sofa can easily become bunk beds to sleep 2 kids. Inside walls and ceiling fully carpeted for insulation and noise reduction. No leaks, non smokers, super clean everything works perfectly including the furnace which was recently serviced. There is an icebox (vs a refrigerator), 2 burner propane stove, bamboo flooring, sink with hand pump, water storage tank. There is no bathroom, however, this allows for much more storage space.
