Very gently used stock Spirit Deluxe 2001 model. We are the second owner and have had it in our family since 2001.

Includes:
-- 2-burner propane stove
-- 3-way Dometic refrigerator (propane, 12v, 110v)
-- Suburban propane heater with thermostat
-- hot water heater (6-gallon capacity, propane)
-- full wet bath: small sink with shower attachment, Thetford marine toilet
-- fresh water, gray water, black water tanks
-- FantasticFan provides great cooling and can be pre-set to come on at certain temps
-- sleeps 3: two on rear dinette, one on side dinette (all cushions in great shape)
-- spare tire, all manuals
-- KUMHO Radial 857 tires with plenty of tread
-- bike rack

We have upgraded all interior lights to LED plus the brake lights. Also included: CalMark Sunbrella semi-custom cover (paid over $500 for this).

Does NOT have A/C or built-in microwave. I can throw in a small Sharp "Half Pint" microwave if you want it.

Gelcoat is in decent shape...still has some shine and is very presentable. Brand new "Casita" decal for the front; side decals are in excellent shape. Everything works. We have used the trailer sparingly and have decided to concentrate on the expensive hobby of restoring and camping in VW Westphalia 4WD campers (Syncro Vanagons).

I can deliver the trailer anywhere in the Mountain or Pacific time zones for gas money. Currently licensed and located in Kimberley, BC. I have information on how to re-import the unit back to the US if you need help with that.Payment accepted: cash, money order, bank draft only.
