2007 Weiscraft Little Joe 9 $12,000

Includes:
Trailer brakes
Dinette converts to 63x78 bed
New 3 firm foam cushions
Cut out inset wheel wells and new fiberglass with gel coat ( lots more storage under bench)
Polished all exterior
New full size laminated 3/4 floor
New full size vinyl floor
New charger/panel box
Small 3way refer
Propane heater w/ fan
Sink w/ elec pump
6 gal freshwater tank
2 burner propane stove
Led lights. 6 total
Fantastic roof vent 3 speed, 2 way
2 type 24 6 volt batteries. 4-5 years old.

Interior dimensions max 65x107 x 72 H
This trailer is fun and easy to travel with. Several trips down the West coast and back east.
Towed with 2014 4 cyl Subaru Outback ( also for sale) Often 20 mpg at 60 mph but down to 10mpg fighting headwinds across the prairies.
Visibility great with standard side mirrors.
Scale weight about 1100-1200 pounds.
Wet/loaded weight around 1800 pounds, which is well below Subaru max allowable if using Trailer brakes. Limiting factor seems to be tongue weight.
Some history. Thanks to great folks on this site I knew I wanted my first trailer to be towed with our Subaru. When I found this trailer, it had been abused and neglected for several years. The Previous Owner had a small fire inside the trailer and installed a leaking roof vent. He had cleaned up smoke damage from fire and taken trips cross country and to Alaska.
I separated coach from chassis.
Sanded, primed, and painted chassis.
Cut out inverted wheel wells, formed exterior, laid up new glass and gelcoat.
Multi piece wood floor was saturated, so I laminated up new one piece 3/4 plywood floor and bolted coach back down on chassis. Sealed perimeter of floor to coach walls.
Total rewire.
Had refer and heater assessed at local RV dealer. All working well.
Main door 21x61 w/ separate screen door
2 side windows sliders with screens
Fixed forward facing window ( not sure if this still available new)
I like using standard roller blinds but upgrades possible.
Lots of storage above and below.
I added additional overhead cabinets
Accessible cabinet under bench for
port-a potty ( not included)
Aisle width 21-22.5. Narrowest at refer
I am near Seattle. West coast delivery a possibility.

TINY! The bottom picture it looked a little like the photo was cut off...then like the Little Joe was cut off...but I saw the curve at the top and realized that's it, it's that small.

1100-1200 pounds dry, 1800 loaded? What is the tongue weight?

Thanks for getting the pics up here--good luck with your sale.

Thanks for the updated tongue weight.

If the loaded trailer is 1800, you'd want the tongue weight to be about 180 or a bit more--10 - 15% of total weight...so that sounds like it's in the Goldilocks zone.

If it is anything like my Lite House (and it looks pretty much the same in general dimensions) it is basically a queen bed + a phone booth size area between the sink and stove. It's made for 2 people, no pretension at sleeping 4.

Steve Carlson,

Yes, that's what it looks like to me. It'd be perfect for the right couple of people or person. And light and easy to tow and maneuver.

BEST
Kai
