Awesome upgrades!

Have you weighed it with the upgrades or have an idea of the weight?
What were you able to use to tow it with all of this?

It looks spectacular and I’m looking to replace my ‘88 Scamp 16ft with something newer.

Thanks!

Sorry, we do not have a current weight. We towed it with a 2006 Nissan Frontier truck using the Equalizer weight distributing system. We towed from the east coast to the west coast and over the mountains with no problems.

Jack- Do you have an estimated weight of your loaded storage box and dish? Just wondering how much a person can get away with that much overhang. I have an Equalizer with 10k bars and wasn't able to fit it quite like you did because of the tanks. I will give it another try. Do you know what the ratings on your bar are. I called Equalizer and they thought the 10k bars would be fine. Any suggestions welcome.

Do not have an estimated weight of the storage box because it only held small items like hoses, cords and wheel chucks. With the Honda Generator on front we had no worry about tongue weight. Regarding Equalizer hitch I have both 10k & 6k bars. Made an adapter out of steel tubing to use 6k bars with the 10k head. To clear tanks welded a short lenght of 3" C channel to the frame for a spacer.
