We are selling our 2012
Casita Spirit Deluxe 17’, it is in great condition, has some nice additions/modifications and is a great alternative to buying one new, waiting months for it to be completed and then making a road trip to Texas to pick it up. It has been stored in a covered area up until last year. We are the second owners, we purchased it last year from the original owners, an older couple that lived right down our road. Very new wheels/tires. No
leaks, no problems. Tows great with our (half ton) Nissan Titan, that included up slopes to 9600’ elevation… Many tow with much smaller vehicles than ours.
You will have trouble finding a cleaner example than our Casita!
