2013 17.5 ft Bigfoot w/generator

Moderator's note: two threads combined into one. Second began with Post no.9 of this merged thread.

I'm a new member & have a 2013 Bigfoot 25B17.5FB we'll be listing for sale. We need something larger. This one is great for 2 people but now we have grandchildren. I'm not quite ready for prime time--meaning I don't have the pics I want for an official listing & we won't be available for showing until after the holidays. But if anyone is curious before I get my act together, I have a couple pics & info. It's in pristine condition & has always been very well maintained. For example the generator is run every 3 weeks, the batteries are always charged & it always has a coat of wax. Nothing is damaged or broken. Also we just put on new tires. It resides in Oroville,CA. $25,000 firm. Happy Holidays. I'll repost with more information after Christmas.

Welcome to the forum; you're gonna' love it here!

Small world: my parents lived in Oroville from 1985 to 2002; our far-flung family used to gather several times a year at their home off Feather River Blvd. They're both gone now, but they left me a very tangible memory: their 1988 17-ft Bigfoot that they purchased in Chico brand-new.

I used it for camping adventures for several years after I got it in 2002, & now I live in it full-time after selling my home in 2014. It may be small, but it has absolutely everything I need, including lots of wonderful memories. It's been well-cared for since birth & is in fabulous shape (and, yes, waxing at least once/year is a must).

Best of luck with your sale; it looks to be in beautiful shape, w/amenities folks are looking for. It won't last long.

Thank you. Yes, it packs a lot in a small package. It's very well-made & comfortable. It's nice to hear how long they can last if taken care of like yours but it doesn't surprise me. We'll miss our "Sasquish."

Hi Paula, it may be a little easier/quicker to see the layouts of different TTs by using the sites manufactures list and checking by model #s. You might see a layout that's the "cats meow" and can zero in on that one .

We're interested.... based in Santa Cruz, currently have a Casita 16SD and looking for something just a bit bigger.

one question I can't get an answer off the Bigfoot site.... if the dinette is made into a 2nd bed, how big is it? from the floorplan, assuming the drawing is to scale, it looks to be about 76 x 40"? We're good with anything over about 74x30 for that.

i'd love to see some interior pictures, even some cellphone snaps shared via icloud or google pix ...

Interior pics would help. Is there room for solar panels on the roof and battery storage inside someplace? I would love a little trailer like this if I can equip for boondocking.

BIGFOOT 17.5 Ft Trailer FB

2013 Bigfoot 25B17.5FB for sale. It's in pristine condition & has always been very well maintained. For example the generator is run every 3 weeks, the batteries are always charged & it always has a coat of wax. Nothing is damaged or broken. It really is like new. These trailers are made for all weather--it has really good air conditioning & heat. Also great for boondocking with generator & propane. Tires are new. Turn-key ready, easy to use & a breeze to tow. We love it but have grown-up grandkids to travel with now so we need something bigger. It resides in Oroville, CA. $25,000 firm. Happy Holidays.

I’m sorry—I didn’t see this question. I started a new thread with updated pictures. Yes, there is room for a panel & it has factory solar pre-wiring.
