Yeah, we could have gotten a brand new stickie (like a Forest River R-Pod, or a Starcraft AR-One, which we looked at) for the price we paid for our 2013 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17 in May. And I was happy to do so, given the demand for Casitas, even much older ones. I missed out on a 2003 that sold for $9,000.

The floor plan of the 25BF17.5FB is our preferred floor plan, (although having twin beds would be nice) and was so even before we bought our Casita.

We also like the floor plan of the Escape 19, although the bed room and dinette are reversed from our ideal configuration.
The 19 can be ordered forward or backwards (dinette or either end.) I don't think they're finished with the online documentation / catalogues with the new molds for their 2017 models.

The Ollie is really expensive. Strictly a luxury item.

I believe I would prefer twin beds for a TT. My wife and I sleep in a king but we can get to 3 sides for making it up. If 2 guys are traveling they want twins. I don't like the wet bath in the 25B175FB. The baths (per the floor plan) in the 25B21FB & 25B21RB and in the 25B25FB and 25B25RQ look OK. In the 21s you can't get to 3 sides of the bed but you can in the 25s. I've never seen one but think I would be limited to the 25 footer. More expensive and more to tow. I do not have a tow vehicle so I have to get that (a bigger, heavier, more expensive one) also. I just don't see it happening. My wife wants to stay in hotels and motels.

Thanks for the invitation to look at your rig. I may do that if you are nearby. Call me at (423) six four seven seven thousand if you are camping nearby.

Casita

Hello Henry,
We have just sold our Scamp and are looking for a Casita like yours to replace it. We live on the west coast and would be interested in buying yours. It would be great if we could make a connection. Are you traveling this way any time soon?
Maureen

Sell privately and choose another dealer to buy from.
