Why are you selling this 2017 Oliver? Most people don't resell their Olivers.

If there is a wait to get an Oliver, they may not depreciate like a stick built. There are waits for most fiberglass RVs. I haven't checked.

Plenty recommend buying a well cared for previously owned RV. Chances are good the first owner took care of all of the little imperfections. A thorough inspection should uncover any big ones.

I was mostly in jest about buying thirds or fourths for myself. But it is a perfectly viable plan for several families, or an extended family who aren't full-timing. As an investment, or expense, it could outperform an actual resort time share.

It certainly is done with second homes. The group needs to decide if intervals are weeks, months, or something else.

How big of a hassle would it be to change out the rear twin beds to a King, if in fact there's even room for one.
Also, is the plumbing already installed if one wanted to get rid of the composting head?
Thx.

Switching to a normal toilet is doable since they put in a black tank even with the natures head toilet. There is room for a King bed, the nightstand would have to be removed as well as the twin bed extensions. I'm sure the factory in TN could take care of that. We like the twin beds, makes access to the overhead storage easy.

Anything is doable, but it's probably not best to buy a trailer that you think is wrong for you and must be modified extensively to suit you. Oliver makes a King model that requires no changes.
I wanted a king model, but found the twin model and now I'm very happy with the twin. It offers more open space and a nice dresser. There is even room on each side for a friendly visit, if not a regular sleeping arrangement. And a portable table can be set between the beds to turn it into a dinette for dinner guests.
The twin model can be changed to a queen bed without much trouble too. Remove the bed extensions that just bolt on and lay a piece of plywood across the span. Then put in the mattress. The drawer could be modified and you'd still have the dresser. Then it could be returned to the normal arrangement anytime.
