SOLD: 2017 Parkliner, $25,500 firm

I’m selling my 2017 Parkliner, $25,500 firm. This is the single hull Parkliner, not the new double hull. Picked up the Parkliner at factory in Liberty NC on January 31, 2017. Base price was $19,900. Added $7,509 factory installed options at time of purchase order:
dual burner range,
refrigerator 1.9 cu/ft (LP/120 VAC/12 DC),
furnace (LP),
cover/food tray for range,
fiberglass behind galley,
fold out galley extension,
12 V DC outlet,
water heater (LP & AC),
fresh & effluent tanks/battery combo monitor,
outside faucet,
flush toilet, air conditioning,
TV cable,
additional 120 V AC outlet,
dual batteries,
Magic table/couch, corner shelf/chaise,
Fiamma 45 awning,
entry handle,
dead bolt entry lock,
screen door.

Aftermarket upgrades: changed incandescent bulbs to LED lights on inside fixtures and porch light, installed Add-A-Draws under each side of bistro table, installed peel & stick vinyl tile in galley, installed television arm with a removable connector so you can easily remove the television (will include 19 inch tv with built in DVD player), installed 2 small shelf units in the bed area, and one in the galley area, replaced tab-top beige window curtains with blue & white curtains on rings (easier to open) still have original tab-top curtains, installed reflective tape along the back on the belly band. Brought it back to the factory and had them install a high-rise kitchen sink faucet and a Garmin back up camera (compatible with certain Garmin GPS’s).

Will include cover for camper. It is kept at a storage facility as my HOA will not allow me to keep in in my driveway for more than 3 consecutive days.

It has dual propane tanks.

PM me if you are interested.

Sorry if some of the pictures are turned around. I couldn't figure out why they didn't upload in the correct position.

With some newer mobile devices, the forum software is unable to read the orientation data contained in the picture file. If you take all pictures in the standard orientation (landscape mode with home button on the right) they should post correctly.

BTW- I agree. Beautiful colors. Best wishes on your sale!

I travel with my job and was just in Columbia last week, too bad did not see this site before this weekend. I will see what I can work out to view. Any reason you are selling? I looked at the Lil Snooze in St Matthews last week. I am in the market for a fiberglass unit.

This was my first camper and I have found that I don't like towing or backing. I would be happier with a Class B or small Class C. I am 63 and retired, but my hubby still works, so I go on my own. So I would feel safer if I didn't have to get out of my truck at a rest stop for lunch, or an overnight at Walmart. I was just at Stone Mountain in GA last week with Sisters on the Fly group.

Let me know if you will be coming to Columbia. My HOA will only allow me to keep it in my driveway for 3 days. My cell phone is 315-956-4133, home phone is 803-661-2013.

I still plan to view your Parkliner Sunday, It would be nice to review all the operating items in trailer, like AC, Heat, stove, water if hooked up, etc.
What time would be best for you, I was thinking around 11 - 2, if purchase would like to get it home before night. It will be about 4 hour drive for me.
Thanks look forward to the visit

That sounds good. I'll have it home. I have an adapter to plug it into the house outlet. I can connect the water hose to our outdoor spigot.
