CA - 1980 FiberStream

This is perhaps a bit of a teaser but we are putting the Fiber Stream up for sale. I will update with a CL link once it is up.
I bought the trailer about a year ago in the San Diego area. The previous owner had owned it for about five years and had rebuilt it from the ground up, that is he pulled everything out of it, put in a complete new floor (plywood and fiberglass) and put it all back together. He showed my his photo journal of the rebuild.
I had the brakes rewired, axles serviced, put 4 new wheels on, replaced the golf cart batteries, re-certified the two 2.5 gallon propane bottles and replaced the roof vent. The appliances are original and work. I have never tried the water heater. The CL post will have lots of photos.
I am selling for 2 reasons. 1. I pay $200/month to park it because I don't have space at home. 2. We are buying a weekend property and expect to be there rather than camping.
I'm thinking of asking $6000. Any comments on price based on my description?
More photos and the CL link soon.
Note - Title status is "Salvage".
Cheers,
Kyle

I think anyone here who is looking would ask why it has a salvage title.

Not in the market myself

It's a reasonable question and I don't know the answer, myself. The body, frame etc are all intact. The previous owner showed me a photo journal of the complete rebuild. I imagine in it's 35 year history it was re-registered with the DMV as "salvaged" due to it's condition.
I would not buy a salvage title car or truck but the research I did including at this forum suggested it was not an issue for the trailer. It has been a great trailer for us. I'm only selling for the reasons stated in the original post.
Cheers,
K
