Electrical brakes are working, but you have to have a brake controller in your car.

Everything else is included. (You will need your own fresh water hose)

Includes Calmark cover for the Casita and two tire covers

Includes new in box screen room 13' by 9'

Tires are in super condition, just back from 4000 mile trip and tires look like new
