For Sale: 1974 Amerigo (Boise, ID)

1974 Amerigo for sale. If you're reading this, you probably know more than I do about these. This was given to me by my father in law 1.5 years ago and I'm selling to finance a FourWheel camper. I just had it assed at an RV repair store in Boise and can get together some details if there is an interested buyer. I also had the bearings repacked on one side. In general, it's in good condition with no major problems. There is some leaking around the window seals. As far as systems go, the stove and oven work, but I have not tried the water, wastewater or fridge. Asking $5700. Contact me at Eric dot Becker at gmail dot com if interested and we can chat.

EricBecker:

That looks like it would hardly need anything...depending on the state of the water systems, fridge and mattresses. But basically, it looks MINT.

A find for someone--I'm tying Paul up right now because he was grabbing his car keys and wallet...("I can get to Boise by tonight!")...and we don't need two of these! Well, not NEED, per se.

Someone will get a nice trailer!

BEST
Kai

Ok, I need to know the dry weight?
I can actually come get it , providing we make a deal, first week in March. But the weight is most important.

Oh, thanks so much, what a great offer! Now I've had to put Paul in the attic and nail it shut. He would really like to have it, but.

And yes, Steve, very big windows! The views can be wonderful! And the windows are one-piece jalousies, I think called "swing" windows, so rain simply doesn't come in and you can leave them open even in a downpour.

Tell us, does this one have the wide "cargo hatch" across the back, behind the table? On another thread, I called it a large pizza slot--you could get a 3' pizza box in through it without tipping and spoiling it. Maybe wider than 3'.

Hi, I'm interested in the trailer...couple of questions though: Does it have a toilet, shower? How many people does it sleep? Thanks!
