Scamp 13 foot travel trailer. We are the original owners and this trailer, nicknamed "Blossom" is ready for you to live that
fiberglass trailer dream.
It has always been stored inside the garage when not in use, so it looks practically new and really clean inside. We are nonsmokers and no pets have been in it. Only my wife and I have used it.
If you bought this trailer new today it would cost $14,500 delivered to Oregon from the manufacturer. Now you can get it for $10,500.
This unit weighs in at around 1500 pounds dry
weight, and loaded up with stuff it is easy to keep it under 2000 pounds. We have towed it easily with a 4 banger Subaru Forester (2002 and 2011 versions) averaging 19-21 MPG. The rounded corners of the trailer make it very stable on the freeway and when passed by large vehicles it does not sway. The installed electric
brakes means your smaller tow vehicle will stop safely even on steep hills. (of course you will need an electric brake controller installed on your car).
It is 6'3" inside so you can stand up in it. The fold down bed is roughly 6'4" long. Most people are surprised at how roomy it feels once you are in it. The front couch pops up to make a pair of bunks for kids or small adults. It has a door below couch for porta-potty (not included) storage. The vinyl floor makes keeping it clean super easy. It has 2 burner stove, 3 way 1.9cu-ft
fridge and
propane furnace with thermostat. It has electric water pump for sink with gooseneck faucet. 15 gallon fresh water tank. Also has
propane and CO alarms. The upholstery is brown with whimsical curtains.
Hitch height is 19" and a 2-in ball. Overall length is just over 13 foot. Interior is 10' by 6'6".
